MBTA to run train from Boston to Gillette Stadium for Brazil-Portugal match on September 10
Fans encouraged to purchase tickets to take the train to the international match

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The MBTA has scheduled a train to originate at South Station and end at Gillette Stadium – with several stops in between – for fans coming to the September 10 international friendly between the national teams of Brazil and Portugal.

This train is a reserved ticket train, with only 1,400 tickets available. The round-trip ticket will cost $15 and will be available at the MBCR ticket windows located at South Station, North Station, Back Bay and Dedham Corp. on September 10. Regular commuter rail tickets and passes cannot be used for this specific train.

The train, which will depart South Station at 6:35 PM, will also stop at Back Bay (6:40 PM) and Dedham Corp. (6:55 PM), before arriving at Gillette Stadium at 7:40 PM

Tickets for this match start at $50 and are on sale now through all Ticketmaster outlets and the Gillette Stadium box office by calling 1-877-GET-REVS. There are a limited number of seats in the lower bowl still available through the purchase of special package offers.
